About the role
- Junior Survey Developer programming market research surveys at Ipsos. Collaborating with teams for project completion and personal development in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Start the day with a team huddle to discuss ongoing projects.
- Execute and deliver market research surveys using Ipsos' specific software (Script/programming language based).
- Always be in touch with research, project management, and QA teams to ensure project flow, exchange feedback, and refine survey objectives.
- Spend time for personal and professional development, work with your dedicated mentor, engage in sharing knowledge sessions.
- Starting with intensive training in our platform(s), including classroom training, exercises, and one-on-one mentoring.
- Programming new surveys using different software, liaising with project managers and researchers.
- Programming complex questionnaires based on the materials provided by the client.
- Support development of custom scripts on project base.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects to meet all requirements and deadlines.
Requirements
- A solid grasp of programming basics such as algorithms, databases and more.
- Prior experience with any scripting/programming language or a survey programming/data processing software would be incredibly advantageous during your onboarding and training process.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bulgarian and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Currently enrolled as at least a last-year student in Programming, Mathematics or related
