About the role
- Planning Engineer in civil engineering and water management handling infrastructure projects. Collaborating with a diverse project team in Lübeck or other locations.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für die Objektplanung der Leistungsphasen 1-9 HOAI im Bereich Siedlungswasserwirtschaft
- Neuplanung und Weiterentwicklung von Ver- und Entsorgungsnetzen
- Integration von Pumpwerken und Druckrohrleitungen sowie Modernisierung bestehender Anlagen und Systeme
- Erstellen hydraulischer und hydrologischer Berechnungen
- Rechnungsprüfung und Kostenkontrolle
- Nachtrags- / Mängelmanagement und Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern/Behörden
Requirements
- Bachelor, Master oder Diplom im Bauingenieurwesen, idealerweise Fachbereich Siedlungswasserwirtschaft
- Berufserfahrung in der Planung von Sanierungs- und Neubauprojekten im Leitungsbau
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Normen und Richtlinien für die Planung im Bereich Siedlungswasserwirtschaft und des Tiefbaus
- Mindestens Grundkenntnisse im Vertragsrecht (VOB und HOAI)
- Routiniert in der Anwendung einschlägiger Planungssoftware für hydraulische Kanalnetzberechnungen sowie AutoCAD, KOSTRA, GIS und MS-Office Programmen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B (früher 3)
