Responsibilities
- Implement the IPM Health System in municipal public agencies, adhering to business rules and client requirements — including assessment and regulation, diagnostics, hospital care, primary care, health services, and optimized management.
- Analyze system processes and functionalities, identifying improvements and adjustments.
- Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security.
- Provide training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features.
- Support the implementation process, troubleshooting issues and resolving user questions.
Requirements
- Degree or qualification in a healthcare field or in technology (IT).
- Knowledge of public health regulations and operational routines.
- Strong aptitude for technology.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
