About the role

Implementing IPM's accounting system in public agencies, analyzing processes, and providing training. Involved in enhancing public management through technology solutions for municipalities.

Responsibilities

Implement IPM's Accounting System in municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements, covering routines and areas such as: Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Accountability, and Internal Control;
Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments;
Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available functionalities;
Support the implementation process, troubleshooting issues and clarifying user questions.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields;
Knowledge of public legislation and standards applicable to the field (Public Accounting), including routines such as Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Accountability, and Internal Control;
Experience with budgetary, accounting, and financial management software;
Availability for frequent travel.
