About the role
- Analyst in strategic negotiations for Ipiranga's proprietary and rented gas stations. Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication on projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform strategic analyses and provide technical opinions on negotiations involving company-owned and leased service stations nationwide, including contract renewals (leases), renovations, rent adjustments, etc., ensuring speed, consistency and alignment with internal policies;
- Serve as a connection point for the Coordination team on multidisciplinary topics, collaborating directly with Finance, Strategic Planning, IT, Legal, Compliance and Commercial areas, with a strong role in projects focused primarily on reducing SG&A;
- Prepare analyses and build dashboards covering the area’s KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience: Work in planning, finance, commercial areas or in the commodities market;
- Soft skills: Effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, analytical profile with problem-solving ability and critical thinking;
- Technical skills: Data analysis; building/structuring dashboards in Power BI and Excel to provide managerial insights to leadership; creating PowerPoint presentations for leadership;
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or Business Administration.
