- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure team alignment with sprint goals
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including QA, design, and product management
- Supervise mobile application testing and debugging processes
- Ensure proper documentation and support procedures are in place
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in mobile application development
- Proven experience supervising front-end and back-end development teams
- Experience working in enterprise environments and cross-functional teams
- Strong background in technical documentation, troubleshooting, and mentoring
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Alternatively, 10+ years of equivalent experience in mobile architecture and development
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
