About the role
- Internship in Technical Support providing assistance on chemical safety documentation. Support project organization and participate in regulatory committees for a chemical risk management consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Specialized assistance: Provide technical support related to chemical safety documentation, such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS), labeling, and emergency response sheets;
- Project support: Help organize and prepare spreadsheets with critical data for project progress, such as toxicological and ecotoxicological information for chemical products;
- Active participation in committees: Serve on internal committees focused on regulations relevant to the business, ensuring regulatory compliance;
- Internal software support: Provide support and troubleshooting for internally used systems, offering operational assistance;
- Incident management: Identify, classify, and resolve reported issues, escalate to the appropriate department when necessary, and follow the process through to completion;
- Quality and technical support: Assist in activities that ensure the quality of internal software, helping maintain operational efficiency;
- Project implementation: Support the deployment of solutions for clients, contributing technical and operational support;
- Continuous improvement: Collect client feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and new solutions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedicine, or related fields, with expected graduation in December 2027 or later
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Intermediate English (Spanish is a plus)
