About the role
- Senior Full Stack Developer designing, building, and maintaining scalable SaaS applications at Togetherwork. Collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality features using modern tech stack.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain features for our SaaS applications
- Build and support both front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks
- Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and apply best practices to improve code quality
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to refine functional and non-functional requirements
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across non-production and production environments
- Leverage industry-standard development tools, IDEs, and AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and code quality
- You’ll work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to deliver reliable, scalable SaaS solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proficiency in front-end development using Vue.js (2 or 3)
- 3-5 years of strong back-end experience with PHP and Laravel (11/12)
- 3-5 years of experience working with databases and API integrations
- 3-5 years of solid understanding of software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative, adaptable mindset and eagerness to learn
