About the role

• IAM Consultant responsible for implementing Identity & Access Management solutions. Collaborating closely with clients on Microsoft 365 integration as part of a tech-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement forward-looking Identity & Access solutions based on Active Directory and Entra ID for mid-market and large enterprise clients.
• Provide advice on seamless integration of identities and access into Microsoft 365 products and services.
• Conduct workshops for requirements analysis and solution design with our clients.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Identity & Access Management.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in an IT profession (e.g., IT specialist) or a degree in an IT-related field.
• Initial hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID.
• Microsoft certifications in Security & Compliance or Microsoft 365 (e.g., SC-300 or AZ-500).
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (at least B2).
• Residence in Germany with existing work authorization (if required).
• Willingness to travel for business as needed depending on the project.
