Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the activities of claims adjusters related to claims handling
Contribute to achieving corporate and regional objectives
Manage team activities by organizing, planning, and controlling the optimal use of resources
Make decisions regarding claims file handling and indemnity payments
Participate in improving operational processes
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience handling residential property/home insurance claims
Minimum of 6 months’ experience managing a team of claims specialists
Hold a claims adjuster certificate
Strong proficiency with computer systems
Bilingual in French and English
