About the role
- Adobe Experience Platform Owner overseeing governance for Adobe’s digital ecosystem. Implementing best practices for data collection across Adobe Tags, Experience Platform, and Customer Journey Analytics in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement governance and best practices for Adobe product components (naming conventions, standardization, etc.)
- Define and evolve the structure, vision, and maturity of Adobe platforms in partnership with implementation specialists and digital data analysts
- Act as the platform expert and support digital data analysts and implementation specialists in their challenges
- Build data pipelines to combine Intact’s internal and digital data, enabling digital data analysts to make business decisions faster
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in analytics development
- Passion for digital and analytics
- Deep knowledge of implementing digital data collection on Adobe Experience
- Experience implementing A/B testing on Adobe
- Initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to simplify, break down, and clearly explain issues
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Strong attention to detail in organizing data and information
- No Canadian work experience required but must be eligible to work in Canada
- Bilingualism required for candidates located in Quebec considering interaction with English-speaking colleagues
