About the role
- Junior Identity Security Analyst supporting SOC operations and implementing CyberArk solutions for identity management and privileged access. Ensuring critical credentials are protected and monitored.
Responsibilities
- Deployment Support (Projects): Assist with the installation and initial configuration of CyberArk components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM)
- Participate in requirements gathering with clients to understand access scenarios
- Support connector configuration and platform integration during the project implementation phase
- Support and Operations: Respond to tickets to resolve incidents and user requests
- Perform troubleshooting of sessions via PSM and credential rotation failures via CPM
- Execute account onboarding and post-deployment safe (Safes) management
- Support preventive maintenance and patch updates in client environments
Requirements
- CyberArk knowledge: Understanding of the basic architecture (Vault, CPM, PSM, and PVWA)
- Identity fundamentals: Concepts of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Operating Systems: Basic administration knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments (AD, permissions, and services)
- Networking: Familiarity with basic communication protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, RDP, SSH, HTTPS)
- Nice-to-have: Previous experience in technical support, infrastructure, or monitoring
- Basic scripting/automation knowledge (PowerShell or Python)
- Familiarity with Fortinet, Trend Micro, or CyberArk solutions
