About the role
- Consultant for Inventory & Supply Chain optimizing global supply chain processes at INFORM. Engaging with clients on inventory management and SAP EWM projects.
Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for the INVENT Xpert software solution, providing customers with technical and functional expertise
- Advise existing customers on sample-based inventory counts (cycle counting) to optimize processes
- Support sales in the presales phase with consulting expertise
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing customers
- Responsibility for smaller projects related to SAP EWM
- Actively contribute to the further development and quality assurance of the software solutions
Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience in project management, technical consulting, or a related IT environment
- Experience independently leading projects and advising customers
- Practical experience with SAP EWM and solid knowledge
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
- Confident advising on standard software and extensions — from workshops to solution development
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Willingness to provide support outside regular working hours
- Excellent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B1), both written and spoken
