About the role

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for IT-related questions
• Analyze problems and develop appropriate solutions
• Configure clients, servers and network components
• Support the rollout of new systems and technologies
• Create network diagrams, system descriptions and IT documentation

Requirements

• (Fach-)Abitur (equivalent to A-levels/technical high school diploma)
• Willingness to understand and learn complex IT solutions
• Enthusiasm for challenges
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, servers, cloud or Office is a plus
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Interest in hardware and software configuration
