- Provide technical leadership for the QA team (test analysts and test engineers)
- Ensure best practices for manual and automated testing
- Oversee the company/project testing strategy
- Support the team in resolving complex technical issues

- Expand automated test coverage (UI, API, and integration)
- Create and track quality metrics and testing KPIs
- Implement and ensure adherence to agile processes
Requirements
- 7+ years in Quality Assurance / Test Engineering
- Previous experience leading QA teams
- Experience working with agile teams (Scrum / Kanban)
- Test automation
- Experience with tools such as: UI testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), API testing (Postman, RestAssured, Karate), performance testing (JMeter, k6, Gatling)
- Programming languages (at least one preferred): Java, JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, C#
- CI/CD
- Experience with pipelines such as: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
- Cloud (preferred): AWS, Azure, GCP
- Behavioral competencies: Technical leadership, analytical thinking, clear communication with technical and business stakeholders, continuous improvement mindset, ability to mentor and develop teams
