Responsibilities
- Work with the Business Intelligence Team in the provision of high-quality, real-time measures, management information and business intelligence systems.
- Work closely with the Systems Programmers in the provision of high-quality software systems.
- Provide exception reports to key stakeholders to enable continual data quality monitoring and improvement.
- Provide visualisations and reports for our core business end users.
- Be involved in a partnership project looking at using AI and Machine Learning tools to enhance our use of data and the services we offer to our customers.
Requirements
- Experience of creating engaging dashboards with drilldown, allowing business stakeholders to analyse and improve performance.
- Proven experience of using Power BI and of ETL job creation/management.
- Demonstratable experience of using query tools, SQL and software/scripting languages to deliver management information.
- Experience of delivery and interpreting management information and business intelligence information in a performance environment.
- The ability to disseminate complex information to a wide audience including non-technical senior management.
- A flexible, pleasant disposition, approachable to all types of people and able to effectively communicate at all levels.
- Sector experience is desirable but not essential
- Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office
- Right to work in the UK, visa sponsorship isn't available.
- A basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required for the successful candidate as part of the pre-employment process - Criminal Conviction Checks
