About the role
- Intern assisting with administrative tasks in civil engineering and architecture projects. Supporting budgeting, contracts, and service orders in a well-established company.
Responsibilities
- Support the administrative routines of the department, such as budgeting, purchasing, contracts, and invoice control (services and maintenance);
- Create service orders and purchase requisitions;
- Assist with receiving, inspection, and inventory control of materials;
- Support payment management and monitoring of contracts with third parties and service providers;
- Contribute to technical projects by preparing descriptive reports and technical drawings (2D);
- Assist in verifying executed services and materials applied in the field;
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities of the facilities;
- Attend meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers;
- Organize and keep the area’s technical and legal documentation up to date;
- Attend to requests related to the group’s units.
Requirements
- Enrolled in Civil Engineering or Architecture program up to the 6th semester;
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drawings);
- Knowledge of administrative routines;
- Familiarity with purchasing processes, contracts, and invoices is considered a plus.
