Responsibilities
- Maintenance, Monitoring and Proactive Support: Ensure the stability and availability of critical business solutions by continuously monitoring systems and building observability layers (logging and metrics) to provide fast, effective responses to stakeholders' needs.
- Data Extraction and Intelligence: Navigate across different databases and systems to extract information, consolidate performance reports, and produce metrics that support the business's strategic decisions.
- System Integration and Maintenance: Perform maintenance and minor implementations on APIs and services within the .NET ecosystem, ensuring smooth communication and integrity of the technology flow.
- Process Automation: Develop and maintain scripts (primarily in Python) to automate repetitive team tasks and optimize data-handling processes.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support across applications, APIs, reports, and environment configurations, focusing on resolving technical issues with a systems-level perspective.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in the final year in Technology fields (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related areas).
- Availability to work hybrid, 3 days per week in the office (Itaim Bibi).
- Proven experience programming with .NET and Python and familiarity with cloud environments (Cloud Computing).
- Understanding of structured and unstructured data (SQL databases, NoSQL, or spreadsheets) for query creation and automation.
- Hands-on experience and agility using Generative AI tools (such as Cursor, Copilot, or similar) as productivity multipliers and learning accelerators.
- Delivery-oriented mindset, proactive in service, and committed to technical quality.
- Analytical and investigative profile: Technical curiosity and ability to analyze logs and monitor system flows, perform precise error diagnostics, identify root causes of failures, and anticipate issues before they impact the business.
