About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation, management and operation of the case management system
- Provide judicial, administrative and advisory support to operations as needed
- Draft and review contracts according to operational needs
- Prepare legal instruments, documents, corporate strategies and powers of attorney
- Create presentations, legal opinions and respond to queries and participate in various meetings
- Implement procedures and guidelines related to the legal department
- Select appropriate external law firms to handle received demands
- Comply with internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, and occupational health and safety
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Postgraduate specialization in Labor (Employment) Law
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Previous experience in law firms and/or corporate legal departments will be considered a plus
