About the role
- Lead AI Engineer developing production-grade AI agents for the music industry. Designing orchestration workflows and ensuring reliability and performance of autonomous systems in the music distribution sector.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and execution of the "Agentic Core."
- Move from "Prototype" to "Production," solving high-stakes reliability problems.
- Build automated evaluation pipelines to ensure agent reliability.
- Design multi-step workflows for agent orchestration and planning.
- Own the "Unit Economics" of AI, optimizing context windows and model routing.
- Ensure agents output perfectly formatted JSON, XML, and legal syntax.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years deeply focused on LLM/AI applications in production.
- Proven track record of building and deploying Retrieval Augmented Generation systems that scale.
- Expert-level command of Python for backend development (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
- Hands-on experience with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, DSPy, or similar custom implementations.
- Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, or Postgres with pgvector) and relational database design.
