About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and document the enterprise conceptual data model
- Transform data models into logical and/or physical models aligned with best practices
- Define and document data architecture and modeling patterns, standards, and tools
- Support project teams with guidance, training, and awareness
- Act as a liaison to promote knowledge sharing and best practices
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of data management and governance frameworks and standards (DAMA DMBOK, DCAM, TOGAF)
- Mastery of data architecture and modeling tools (ERwin, PowerDesigner, Sparx EA)
- Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
- Strong ability to simplify and explain complex concepts
- Influential leadership fostering stakeholder buy-in
- Results- and quality-oriented mindset
- 5 years of experience in data architecture
- Hands-on experience in conceptual architecture
- Minimum of 5 years in conceptual data modeling
- Experience with transactional systems, data lakes, data warehouses, data marts, and JSON schema
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
