About the role

• Lead AI integration at i4Pro, enhancing insurance technology through innovation. Collaborate with CTO and teams to drive strategic AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner for establishing, promoting, and implementing an Artificial Intelligence culture across the organization, acting as a technical and strategic reference.
• Drive the adoption of practices, frameworks, and solutions that position the company as a leader in applied AI, ensuring alignment between technology, product, and business while inspiring and enabling multidisciplinary teams.
• Design modern, scalable, and secure software architectures that incorporate AI to optimize processes, increase productivity, and ensure continuous innovation.
• Act as a technical reference by defining standards and guiding teams on the strategic use of AI throughout the development lifecycle.
• Create robust architectures for distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Plan and implement solutions that leverage AI to accelerate development, testing, monitoring, and automation.
• Establish guidelines, best practices, and standards for the safe and efficient use of AI in development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, and Product teams to ensure technical alignment and foster innovation.
• Design CI/CD pipelines with AI support and predictive monitoring.
• Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and trends to keep the architecture competitive and up to date.

Requirements

• Distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and integration.
• Code-generation tools, predictive analytics, NLP, and developer assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Cloud: Azure and AWS.
• Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.
• SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strategic vision and strong decision-making skills.
• Technical leadership and ability to mentor teams.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, technology management, or a related field.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in AI, Innovation, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related areas.
• Fluent English.
