Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of content strategies for both always-on programs and content-focused campaigns;
Serve as guardian of editorial guidelines, clients’ voice, and the quality of final content;
Plan editorial calendars aligned with the established strategies;
Ideate, design and execute content projects—social formats (e.g., content series) or editorial formats (e.g., podcasts, interviews, articles, thought leadership)—according to needs;
Collaborate with content creators, art directors, journalists, videographers, producers, 360 creative teams, and members of our strategic business team;
Prepare presentation materials and pitch ideas persuasively to clients;
Iterate on content based on performance to improve results;
Conduct ongoing trend monitoring to ensure innovation and relevance.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in content, both in media and agency settings.
Strong knowledge of content production (video series, social media, podcasts, articles, etc.) and the ability to own and execute projects from A to Z.
Generalist able to understand complex topics and translate them into engaging content for diverse audiences.
Deep understanding of platform-specific conventions and codes for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Comfortable adapting concepts to the project's tone—serious, humorous, or somewhere in between—while keeping client objectives front of mind.
Strong research skills to uncover topics, trends, interesting personalities, and to conduct interviews.
Ability to write in diverse styles (from video series scripts to thought leadership and traditional Instagram posts), in French and English.
Experience with Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with and critical thinking about AI tools in a content production context.
Channelled creativity: able to brainstorm extensively in the morning and deliver a polished concept by the afternoon.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to defend your ideas, structure them clearly in a deck, and adapt to feedback.
Passion for trends, pop culture, and new formats, with a keen visual sensibility.
