Responsibilities
Lead research initiatives for 1–3 largest customer accounts, delivering specialized insight reports
Identify customer concerns and improve product
Present complex analysis clearly to non-technical audiences
Collaborate with Customer Success Engineering for new features
Spot detection leads and drive faster mitigation
Develop defenses for novel threats through analyses and models
Build complex queries and reports for data analysis
Improve techniques to reduce time-to-detection
Requirements
Good sense of ownership to improve processes
Ability to present complex data engagingly
Experience with strategic clients
Innovative problem-solving skills
Collaborative and open communication
Proficiency in SQL
Python experience or exposure (e.g. Jupyter notebooks) preferred
AdTech experience or knowledge preferred
Experience with multi TB to PB data sets in cloud databases preferred
