Requirements
- Qualified Italian lawyer with 8–10 years’ experience
- Background in maritime, logistics, or terminal operations
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of EU competition, sanctions, export control, and environmental laws
- Experience leading legal projects and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Experience with corporate governance and cross-border legal entity management
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset in an international, fast-paced environment
- Italian and English language proficiency are a must.
