About the role
- Research Specialist supporting the IHOPE study and conducting clinical visits at Emory University. Collaborating with Dr. Abigail Lott and maintaining laboratory records in Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Dr. Abigail Lott to support the conduct of the IHOPE study
- Participate in laboratory maintenance activities such as sterilization and cleaning of equipment
- Maintain records, files and logs of work performed in laboratory notebooks and computer databases
- Compile data and record results of studies for publications, grants, and seminar presentations
- May be required to work with potentially hazardous agents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field OR equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
- Skilled in collecting self-report clinical data
- Willing to conduct visits both remotely and in the Grady Memorial Hospital OB Clinic
