Requirements
- Practical experience in the use and consulting of SAP® SuccessFactors
- Current certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
- Solid expertise in HR processes and methodologies
- Ideally, experience in project management
- Customer-focused attitude, process-oriented thinking, and strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills (minimum B2)
