Responsibilities
- Join HP’s Management Reporting and Planning Solutions team and help shape the future of Finance technology.
- Drive transformation and innovation initiatives across multiple technologies and platforms.
- Own end-to-end delivery of IT solutions—from gathering requirements and designing architecture to implementing advanced reporting solutions.
- Partner closely with Finance stakeholders to understand priorities, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in Finance IT projects, management reporting, and process improvement.
- Proven track record in SAP-based reporting solutions and integration across enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of Finance management reporting concepts, profitability analysis, and master data management.
- Expertise in Agile methodology, business analysis, and project management.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, automation tools, and AI application design.
