About the role

• Quality Risk Management Specialist ensuring compliance and enhancing risk management practices at KPMG. Supporting quality review programs across Audit, Tax & Legal, and Advisory functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with Global Quality Risk Management (GQRM) policies.
• Support the development, monitoring, and operation of internal control processes across KDN.
• Work closely with KDN process and control owners, including at delivery centers, to ensure timely completion of quality documentation.
• Assist in coordinating annual independent testing of KDN’s internal control documentation.
• Support the annual risk assessment process under SoQM/KQCE and collaborate with stakeholders to identify key risk areas.
• Help develop, document, and test non-financial controls to strengthen KDN’s risk management framework.
• Identify potential process and control improvements and support remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with control owners and business units to design and implement enhancements.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and control timelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in external or internal audit, compliance, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of non-financial controls, documentation, and testing.
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and globally.
• Strong written and spoken English language knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
