- Experience developing operating models, portfolio assessments, and procurement strategies in the infrastructure sector
- Experience with collaborative contracting and incentive regimes
- Experience developing robust standard form or bespoke contracts
- Experience managing the tendering process from requirements gathering through to contract award
- Ability to create trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and manage your own time in a competitive environment
- Sound working knowledge of public sector procurement
- Strong track record of business development and converting sales opportunities
