About the role

• Senior Consultant in IT Organisationsberatung supporting clients with IT strategies and transformation initiatives. Engaging in organizational challenges and providing tailored IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management: identify their organizational challenges and support them in implementing target operating models and IT management systems.
• Develop tailored concepts together with the client, perform requirements and process analyses, and support the implementation of strategic transformations.
• Support the change process together with employees by applying sustainable change management.
• Optionally provide subject-matter leadership for Junior Consultants in joint projects.

Requirements

• At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT organizational consulting
• Basic understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
• Strong interest in organizing and governing IT in a digital environment
• Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
• Very good presentation and communication skills in German
