About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and support the implementation of tailored information security management strategies and solutions for a variety of clients — both remotely and on-site
- Guide clients through risk and protection needs assessments, structural analyses, and the development of comprehensive Information Security Management Systems
- Design organizational and technical security solutions in complex projects and assist with their deployment
- Contribute ideas and proposals on interface topics (e.g., data protection, operations organization, service management) to further develop our consulting services
Requirements
- University degree in a business or IT field, e.g., (business) informatics, engineering, or a comparable professional qualification — motivation is what matters
- Practical experience applying information security standards such as ISO 27001 and BSI-Standard 200‑X, and several years of professional experience, e.g., as a Lead Auditor, IT-Grundschutz consultant, or similar
- Proven experience in project leadership and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer and mentoring
- Drive to work into complex subject areas, a pragmatic approach to solutions, and very good German language skills
