About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead client projects to establish a service-oriented approach within IT organizations
- Define service models, services and SLAs, and design the necessary roles and governance structures
- Support the implementation or adaptation of ITSM processes at client organizations
- Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods
- Provide subject-matter leadership to other (senior) consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in consulting as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization
- Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or SIAM
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in challenging situations
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and a strong solution focus
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German
