About the role

• Managing Consultant in IT Service Management advising clients on strategic IT alignment and leading transformation projects. Focusing on enhancing IT service delivery and value for business.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients at management and C‑level, identify connections between IT and the business, and actively contribute to the strategic alignment of their IT
• Lead IT sourcing and transformation projects to sustainably improve the cost efficiency, quality, and scalability of the IT organization
• Design effective service delivery, raise the business value of IT, and support the implementation and continuous development of IT services
• Take technical leadership of consultants and support their professional development

Requirements

• University degree and at least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT Service Management, ideally with experience in a leadership role
• Solid understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks, combined with experience managing complex IT organizations
• Strong strategic thinking, together with the ability to analyze complex relationships and derive practical recommendations for action
• High degree of personal responsibility, a structured working style, and excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent)
