Responsibilities
Take on project leadership for client engagements focused on establishing or improving service management for specific IT services
Identify organizational challenges faced by our clients and develop tailored solutions with them to adapt existing service management processes
Plan roll-outs related to service delivery for new services and establish or optimize service provider governance
Contribute to the further development of our consulting offerings by bringing in experience and new methods
Provide technical leadership to other (Senior) Consultants in joint projects
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in consulting as a Lead Consultant or (management) experience within an IT organization
Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or SIAM
Highly autonomous and responsible working style in challenging situations
Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and an above-average solution orientation
Very good presentation and communication skills in German
