About the role
- Consultant IT Infrastruktur / Linux ensuring the operation of Linux-based infrastructure and automating processes with IaC. Collaborate with clients on IT security incidents while managing Linux systems in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of Linux-based infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain networks, server services and storage systems
- Implement security measures and manage patching
- Advance automation of operational processes using IaC, e.g. with Ansible or shell scripts
- Support our clients during IT security incidents with technical expertise, e.g. log analysis, system isolation or recovery
Requirements
- Professional experience in system integration or Linux administration – motivation is what matters
- Basic knowledge of Terraform, Ansible and containerization
- Team player, especially when collaborating with other technical roles
- Careful and pragmatic approach in emergency situations
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German
