Responsibilities
Strategic management and expansion of existing key accounts – from needs assessment to project implementation
Development and execution of account plans to ensure long-term customer retention, growth, and profitability
Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers at management and C-level
Identification of cross- and upselling opportunities within existing customer structures
Close collaboration with internal delivery, consulting, and solution teams
Continuous market and customer analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities early
Representing HiQ at industry events, conferences, and specialist gatherings
Requirements
Completed degree or equivalent qualification
At least 10 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales, preferably in an IT or software environment
Proven track record in acquiring and developing large accounts
Deep understanding of industry-specific requirements in Defence, Manufacturing, or Finance
Existing network within one of these target industries
Strategic and analytical mindset with a strong customer focus
Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a confident presence at all hierarchical levels
Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1)
