About the role
- IT Consultant Digitalization supporting clients across various sectors in their digital transformation. Focused on agile tools and tailored solutions primarily within the Atlassian ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- You analyze our clients' requirements and guide them through their digital transformation process.
- You configure the relevant (Atlassian) tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and implement customer-specific customizations.
- You install and integrate tools, embedding them seamlessly into the existing IT landscape.
- You evaluate extension options and develop tailored solutions.
- To effectively support customers in using the implemented tools, you conduct workshops and training sessions.
- You assist with the automation and optimization of processes.
- To ensure the best possible solution, you work closely with internal teams and customers.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Enthusiasm for digital transformation and modern cloud applications for project and service management
- Programming skills in Python, JavaScript or similar
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with international clients
- Understanding of technical contexts and solution-oriented thinking
- Team player with a sense of personal responsibility
- Fluent German skills, spoken and written (at least C1 level)
- Nice to have: Experience using and administering Atlassian products or similar solutions
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
