Responsibilities
Drive Operational Strategy: Translate strategy into operating plans and procedures, surfacing opportunities through data-informed analyses. You will own the operating system for the organization, including maintaining the cadence of communications, ownership structures, and outcomes reporting.
Elevate Organizational Performance: Collaborate with Clinical Operations leadership to simplify processes, accelerate decision-making speed, improve accountability, and strengthen talent density.
Deliver Business Results: consistently hit SLAs and business outcomes (revenue, experience, quality, finances) through a high-performing operating system and AI/tech-enabled workflows. You will drive performance improvement and variation reduction to meet or exceed targets.
Lead Innovation & Change: Drive the adoption of technology and bleeding-edge clinical practice as we innovate on an AI-enabled care delivery model. You will identify and execute system design and automation to unlock scale and improve the care team and member experience.
Ensure Service Excellence: Lead program and service delivery changes across the care team, ensuring a consistent and high-quality member experience in concert with our product experience.
Requirements
10+ years of experience driving large-scale service operations (ideally in healthcare), improving patient satisfaction/clinical outcomes, and meeting financial targets
7+ years of management experience
Proven ability to lead and execute in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Experience in digital health and/or leading clinicians in a remote, distributed environment.
Experience leading operations that require a high degree of change management and complexity.
Experience working in a start-up/technology environment.
Master’s Degree in Business and/or Healthcare or related fields.
