About the role
- SAP MM/WM Specialist responsible for procurement and warehouse processes to optimize logistics at Coperion. Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring system configuration stability in Weingarten, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support all processes related to procurement and logistics /warehouse affairs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements, design solutions, and implement system configurations
- Customize SAP processes, including multi-module integration with FI, SD, and PP
- Support, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, and handle change requests
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Participate actively in SAP MM/WM projects and iterative improvements
- Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to users
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and system optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- SAP MM/WM certification preferred
- 5+ years as a SAP MM/WM consultant/expert, with hands-on exposure in ECC environments
- Strong knowledge of Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules
- Experience with customizing and support activities
- Basic ABAP debugging skills (programming knowledge advantageous)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility for occasional travel to Germany
