Responsibilities
Within an 8-person team, you are responsible for the accounting follow-up of our various activities and participate in the semi-annual and annual closing operations.
You ensure that all accounting processes are respected by performing consistency checks.
You produce summary schedules and reconcile accounting data with auditors.
You calculate provisions, record them and then reverse them.
You account for bequests in accordance with the accounting rules in force in the country.
You record payroll entries and ensure their supporting documentation/reconciliation.
You are the primary contact with the AN (National Agency) on accounting matters.
You create or update review files and control methods, with a continuous focus on risk control.
You contribute to the various projects that impact your department and to the development of accounting tools and procedures.
Requirements
You have 4 years of experience in an accounting department, ideally in an accounting firm.
You are familiar with office tools, in particular Excel (Outlook, Word and especially a good command of Excel fundamentals).
Experience with accounting software and with Microsoft NAVISION would be a plus.
Responsive and rigorous, you also have good interpersonal skills.
You are proactive and comfortable in a changing environment.
You have technical English at a B1 (intermediate) level.
