About the role
- MST Supervisor overseeing Multisystemic Therapy, providing clinical support and training to therapists. Engaging with community stakeholders and managing team caseloads for in-home family therapy.
Responsibilities
- The MST (Multisystemic Therapy) Supervisor leads and trains therapists in the MST model, providing clinical oversight, managing team caseloads, ensuring treatment fidelity, fostering collaboration, engaging community stakeholders, and handling program data/referrals
- Key duties involve weekly supervision, adherence checks, staff development, crisis support (including on-call), managing program operations, and promoting the program to referral sources
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work or related field, required
- Posses, or can acquire, State License and certifications, required
- Minimum of three years' clinical experience, required
- Valid driver's license
