About the role

• Architect/Construction Engineer managing construction projects in energy supply at HGC in Hamburg. Engaging in project planning, monitoring, and drawing preparation for energy facilities.

Responsibilities

• Handling new build and renovation projects for energy supply facilities in service phases 3–8
• Preparation of construction drawings in 2D and 3D
• Permit/approval planning for technical buildings related to energy supply
• Preparation of tender documents
• Interdisciplinary coordination throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Scheduling and cost monitoring
• Site supervision (construction monitoring)

Requirements

• You hold a degree or a technician qualification in Architecture or Civil Engineering (building construction)
• You are flexible, helpful, open-minded and a strong team player
• You have an independent, self-motivated working style
• Preferably experienced with AutoCAD Architecture, Autodesk Revit and/or the ORCA tendering software
• Good verbal and written German language skills
