ServiceNet Administrator responsible for supporting dealership repair claims and managing dealer payments. Resolving claim issues and providing exceptional customer service to service departments and fleet customers.
Responsibilities
Process, review, and validate ServiceNet repair claims for dealer payment and corporate reimbursement.
Research and resolve discrepancies related to claim amounts, invoices, or approval decisions.
Serve as the primary contact for dealership service teams and fleet customers, answering questions and providing guidance on claim submissions and billing processes.
Assist with ServiceNet system issues, claim escalations, and documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all claim activity and support reporting needs related to outstanding payments or recurring issues.
Maintain forecast reporting and new dealer enrollments.
Monthly reconciliation of account standing to ensure timely payments are received.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or at least 2 years of data analyst or project/program management experience, strongly preferred.
Experience in accounts payable, billing, or financial reconciliation
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency navigating business systems; experience with ServiceNet or similar claim/service platforms is a plus.
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications).
