About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead all pre-sales activities within the territory, focusing on Hanwha Vision America solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support end-user opportunities from a technical perspective.
- Execute comprehensive system designs, including site surveys, equipment placement, area coverage calculations, bandwidth and storage calculations, BOM creation, schematic drawings, and third-party product integration.
- Serve as the first-line technical resource for key accounts, demonstrating Hanwha Vision’s video products to integrators, consultants, engineers, and end users.
- Conduct technology and customer-specific training sessions on Hanwha Vision America’s products and solutions.
- Provide sales presentations to key stakeholders.
- Work seamlessly across multiple departments to meet performance goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Assist with the escalation of technical issues and special customer requests. Provide feedback on product and system-related issues to the technical support team.
- Represent Hanwha Vision America at industry trade shows and events as needed.
- Provide weekly updates on sales activities, highlighting areas for improvement to enhance business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role, preferably within the network video or physical security markets.
- Certified Security Product Professional (e.g., Hanwha WAVE, Genetec, Milestone) is preferred.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with system design, product testing, and proof of concept development for complex systems.
