Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Pricing Strategy
• Support the profitable growth of the Group Insurance blocks of business
• Monitor experience, conduct market-level analysis, and evaluate pricing strategies
• Develop new business durational pricing strategies aligned with long-term plans
• Collaborate with Product and Distribution partners for profitable growth
• Monitor local market initiatives and conduct analysis for ROI programs
• Partner with Group Pricing Technical team to integrate objectives into pricing recommendations
• Support financial plan in projecting impacts of business mix

Requirements

• A deep understanding of group pricing practices
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate pricing analyses to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Adapts to changing business priorities and environments
• Fellow Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation or equivalent group finance experience
• Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to synthesize sophisticated information
• Data visualization, machine learning, and predictive analytics experience preferred
