About the role
- Software Engineer developing and deploying scalable solutions within the C3 AI platform. Collaborating with teams to automate processes for the Federal Government.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable software engineering solutions within the C3 AI platform
- Design, build, and deliver tools and frameworks that automate data quality analysis
- Integrate Agentic AI capabilities into Groundswell apps and tools
- Collaborate with data scientists to implement AI agents
- Build scalable tools enabling improved developer workflows, testing, and release processes
- Enhance engineering and code quality best practices company wide
- Develop visual tools to provide visibility into code quality, test coverage, and engineering metrics
- Oversee RMF process to achieve ATO
- Work closely with product, UX, front-end, and back-end engineers
- Fix bugs, solve problems, and improve products proactively
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master of Science Degree preferred
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of software development experience with Python and JavaScript
- Proven experience in design and development of full-stack web solutions
- Solid knowledge of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and web development
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Redux, Vue, Angular, etc.)
- Experience with machine learning, including deep learning algorithms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Active Secret clearance required at time of hire
- The selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance and complete a CI polygraph in accordance with contract requirements
- Must be local to the DC Metro area and able to be on-site 3-4 days a week
