Financial Operations Specialist managing Supply Chain Finance programs at GSCF. Engaging in client servicing and monitoring program processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily tasks within the program
Monitoring the program processes
Train program’s stakeholders on GSCF’s services and systems
Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client
Ensure agreements (statement of works, changes requests, authorization matrix, function & notification matrixes) are implemented and monitored
Ensure all program relevant manuals and procedures are updated regularly
Timely reporting/escalating of risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to the superior
User acceptance testing of the new features to be released to production
Develop and maintain professional relationship with the business partners
Participate in potential projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operations roles within the supply chain finance, trade finance, or banking industry
Proficient in English (written and oral); every additional language is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development are beneficial
High degree of accuracy and efficiency under set deadlines in a dynamic work environment
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive process improvements
