About the role
- Mechanical Engineering Technician assisting in maintenance and operations of mechanical systems for AB Energy Canada. Collaborating with field service teams to ensure efficient mechanical functioning.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Field Service Supervisor and all the colleagues belonging to his zone
- Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations
- Assist in performing the required range of analyses, mechanical tests, maintenance of machines and equipment
- Participate in the installing, repairing and maintenance of the machinery and equipment
- Read blueprints and drawings
Requirements
- Electro-mechanical background
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the petroleum, coal, gas product industry
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the installation, testing, repair and maintenance of mechanical machinery
- Working knowledge of English
- Working knowledge of Italian is preferred.
- A valid Passport - no restrictions
- A valid Driver's License
- Problem-solving oriented
