Responsibilities
- Criar e evoluir arquiteturas de dados escaláveis, seguras e de alta performance.
- Construir e otimizar pipelines, ETLs/ELTs, data lakes, DWHs e soluções analíticas.
- Definir padrões, boas práticas e guidelines que elevem o nível técnico do time.
- Ser a principal referência técnica do squad: orientar, revisar, destravar e resolver problemas complexos.
- Traduzir desafios de negócio em soluções de dados que geram valor, não só dashboards.
- Ser o elo entre tech e business, garantindo clareza, alinhamento e priorização inteligente.
- Apoiar o planejamento de prazos, entregas e roadmap estratégico.
- Conduzir PoCs, avaliar novas tecnologias e impulsionar a evolução contínua do nosso ambiente de dados.
Requirements
- Sólidos conhecimentos em SQL avançado, Python, orquestração (Airflow, dbt), modelagem, Data Lake/DWH, APIs, CI/CD e Git
- Experiência consistente com cloud (AWS, GCP ou Azure)
- Domínio de boas práticas de governança, versionamento e segurança
- Capacidade de liderar tecnicamente, elevar padrões e construir soluções escaláveis
- Clareza, visão estratégica e habilidade de conectar tecnologia, pessoas e resultados.
